Your body is made of a multitude of cells, and each of them is a living entity, a little soul with his own individuality. That is why, instead of searching for the immensity where you lose yourself, take care of the people within you.
Every day, focus on your cells, think how to purify, strengthen, enlighten them. Gradually you will feel that you start to affect the Divinity which is itself purity, strength, light.'
