Eating - acquiring living knowledge

Just as animals must feed themselves to survive, so must humans. But unlike animals, humans can consciously use the act of eating to provide them with the means to grow psychically and spiritually. Food is an expression of the Divine, and therefore every aspect of it should be studied: where it comes from, what it contains, what qualities it corresponds to, which entities take care of it… All of this living matter that helps to build and maintain our body is made up of energies, of particles, that come not only from the earth but from the whole universe. Plants and fruits were originally spiritual entities. To support the life in us, these entities have had to conform to the laws of matter: that is to say, they have had to incarnate in a physical body. This is why, when we try to be conscious of the richness and value of our food, we are able to receive and decipher the messages it carries: it tells us how all the particles it is composed of have travelled across the universe; which entities have worked to make the vegetation grow and to infuse it with specific properties. The knowledge we receive in this way through eating is living knowledge, for it permeates the entire substance of our being.
