It helps us to find our centre

Why do we go to watch the sunrise in the morning? Because this an exercise that helps us to find our own centre. The sun is the centre of a system that it sustains, organizes and vivifies. If the movement of the planets around the sun is considered to be the very image of universal harmony, it is precisely because the planets revolve around a centre that maintains this equilibrium.
If the sun were to disappear from its place, there would be chaos. It is the same for us: as long as we do not have a centre that maintains, balances and coordinates the movements of the periphery, we cannot sustain a life and pursuits that are harmonious and constructive.
