Communion
A fundamental act of life through the food we eat
March 31st 2021
One of the essential practices of Christianity is communion. It was not Jesus who instituted this rite; it already existed long before him, for Melchizedek, the high priest of the Almighty, went to meet Abraham bearing bread and wine. Communion is a fundamental act of life and we do not need to wait for a priest to bless the host; we can receive communion every day through the food we eat.
Each one of you can become a high priest – it is our inner calling in the face of the Eternal – and stand before your cells to officiate and give them food and drink. You are a high priest for your cells. If you are conscious of this role, your cells will receive something sacred, and you will sense their joy at being allowed finally to do the work for which they were destined.
